FRESH Research

FRESH aims to inform students and businesses as good as possible about the various options in the real estate market. An important part for student is the education in this field, and employment opportunities. FRESH Research aims to moderate this research to increase transparency and to help prospective master students to make their choice for a master or employer.

Through surveys, desk research and interviews with stakeholders in real estate and professionals we try to use FRESH Research to give an overview of real estate master courses and employment in the Netherlands. FRESH hopes that education and business are by these contributions in state to take an even better position to each other.

Meanwhile, two magazines have been published by FRESH Research. The first FRESH Research outlined a clear picture of the real estate education in general in the Netherlands by means of a survey and interviews with real estate professionals. The second study further zooms in on the individual real estate courses and attempts to characterize what matches and what distinguishes the various courses of the rest of the courses?

In mid 2008 the third FRESH Research in collaboration with PropertyNL has been released in the article 'Toetreders op de arbeidsmarkt' (Entrants to the labormarket). In this article, FRESH seeks to identify key trends in the labor market for starting real estate students.
