FRESH develops initiatives and activities with the dedication, commitment and support of our sponsors. These partners provide an opportunity for our members, not only by a financial support. FRESH aspires a network of active sponsors that are proud to be associated with the FRESH organisation. After all, an active participation in activities - sharing knowledge, insight and expertise - is the basis of a healthy and sustainable sponsorship relation.
To realize this, FRESH relies on a group of active and ambitious students that engaged in maintaining excellent relations with our current sponsors, but also initiate contact with possible new sponsors. This group of people are brought together in the Company Relations Committee.
Developing and maintaining good relations with sponsors is an ongoing process for the Committee; furthermore four Inhouse Days are organized at each of the FRESH-partner enterprises (Ballast Nedam Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij, Rabo Vastgoedgroep, ING Real Estate and Jones Lang LaSalle). In cooperation with the hosting partner, the Company Relations Committee is responsible for organizing an interactive day in which students can get introduced to future employers. The goal is to have participants experience multiple aspects of the company in an informal and educational setting. This year the Company Relations Committee will also organize an activity at the Provada – the leading Dutch Real Estate Fair –that will host a debate on the topic of corporate governance.
Besides the annual activities the 2009-2010 Committee has taken up the challenge to actively reassess the internal processes of relationship management. New proposals to adapt the sponsoring structure, diversifying the portfolio of sponsors and professionalizing the communication protocols are the focal points that are expected to resolve in a sustainable future development and growth of the FRESH organization. This year we will implement the first changes towards the new proposals to the sponsoring structure.
